Apple’s Vision Pro, initially launched exclusively in the United States nine months ago, will soon be available in the United Arab Emirates and South Korea. Originally sold only in the U.S., the Vision Pro has gradually expanded to Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, and China. With these two new additions, the Vision Pro will now be available in 11 countries.
In comparison, Meta’s Quest headsets are currently available in 23 countries, covering all Vision Pro regions except China and the UAE.
This international expansion follows Apple’s recent release of visionOS 2, a major update that introduces new features and optimizations to the Vision Pro’s operating system. These enhancements include the ability to create spatial photos, new hand gestures for smoother navigation, and a wide Mac Virtual Display for an immersive workspace, allowing users to utilize a virtual setup equivalent to two side-by-side 4K monitors.
Apple’s global rollout of Vision Pro, coupled with continuous software improvements, signals the company’s commitment to bringing advanced spatial computing experiences to users around the world.
